Sam is a local lad who has grown up and lived in Portishead his whole life apart from when undertaking his Masters degree in Bournemouth. A degree that he is proud to have gained a 1st in and gained extra knowledge on conditions of the spine, such as Scoliosis. He is an avid gym goer who also enjoys football and running. Alongside this, he comes from a background of Martial Arts including a brown belt in Karate and a new found love for BJJ and Judo.
He enjoys treating a range of patients and ages including the day to day stiff lower back and those who have picked up an injury playing sports.

Rikke wanted to become a chiropractor from the age of 4 and she reached her goal when she graduated from the AECC university in Bournemouth archiving a 1st class masters degree. She has also continued her development with such courses as Medical Foundation Year and Dry Needling (medical acupuncture). Alongside her studies she has worked in a care home through the public health care system, gaining knowledge of different physical and mental disabilities.
Rikke recently moved over from Norway where she has been working full-time as a chiropractor after graduating. In her spare time, she enjoys keeping active with strength training and running where she hopes to complete the Bristol Half Marathon in the coming year. Rikke has also been an active dancer for many years and has competed in both the European and the World championships. Additionally, she has several years of experience as a dance teacher and fitness instructor with courses she obtained from the Norwegian Olympic foundation.
